Description:
A healthcare company which has been helping with disease management for over 25 years is currently looking for a senior Java / J2EE team lead. The company, which aids in the administration of new treatments and tendencies in the healthcare system, is creating a new alert system for its customers. This "touch engine" will notify patients of certain times to take medications and treatments via email, phone, and PDA.
The senior Java / J2EE team lead must have a minimum of 7+ years experience in Java / J2EE development with an emphasis on open source technologies. Previous exposure to Hibernate and Spring is a huge plus. Candidate must have led a team, preferably one of more than 5 people. Candidates will spend the majority of their time split between leading the team and architecture, but will also be responsible for hands-on coding.
