The Java J2EE developer must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Java J2EE web development. Additional skills required are a knowledge of Hibernate, Spring, and JDBC.

The Java J2EE developer will be responsible for designing custom applications for clients ranging from "startup" companies to Fortune 500 firms. Great communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary as there are client facing aspects of this position.
