The company, which currently trades on the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Philadelphia Stock Exchange, and International Securities Exchange, has a job for a Java developer to help create and maintain their proprietary trading system.

The Java developer must have a minimum of 3 years Java/Multi-Threading experience. Exposure with any relational database is a must have, with MySQL seen as a plus. Experience using Distributed Computing is another huge plus. Qualified candidates will have both strong design skills and strong spoken and written communication skills.
