Description:
Our client is a Chicago Loop based financial firm searching for a Windows Administrator with 4 solid years of Windows 2000 / 2003 server experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy and some level of SQL 2000/2005.
Your primary responsibilities will be SUPPORT, however you will be working on several projects trouble shooting and administering the Windows Server environment.
You will diagnose and facilitate repair of system failures, install and utilize monitoring/back-up applications, and support their Exchange email system.
Qualifications for this position include Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science or similar technical field.
Strong pluses included experience with Veritas backup solutions, Citrix, SAN NAS, VMWARE.
