Java / J2EE developer needed for Chicago Loop Based Service Oriented Architecture Consulting Firm! Our client is a consulting firm in downtown Chicago, focused on service oriented architecture for our multitude of clients. They have been in business for over 15 years, and currently employ over 50 people, 35 of whom are full time, technical consultants. They focus on "bleeding edge" technology and are currently seeking the best and the brightest for their next wave of hiring.



The open position that must be filled immediately is for a Middle Level Developer. This person must have excellent skills with Java / J2EE, specifically, EJB's (Entity/Session/Message-or some variation thereof), JSP's, and Servlets. Experience with a web app server (WebLogic, WebSphere, JBOSS, ATG, etc.) is necessary. Pluses are; Spring, Hibernate (or another OR Mapping Tool), and Eclipse. The right candidate will show a proficiency at architecture and design as well as hands-on development, and be able to work as part of a team or on their own comfortably.
