Description:
A Foster-City based software product company is looking for a senior quality assurance engineer.
The company works within the media and video delivery space and has experienced record breaking sales for its software products. They were just acquired by a major public company and is now hiring for a senior Java engineer.
Qualified Java engineers will have the following skills:
- 5+ years Java/J2EE development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (this is a distributed team with Java engineers in Foster City, New York, India and Russia)
- Webservices
- RDBMS (they use MySQL)
Any experience with the following is a plus:
- Opensource technologies like Hibernate or Spring
- Video en-coding or video delivery in IP space
