Technical must have skills include C# or VB.Net and ASP.Net for at least 4 years. Other must haves are Sharepoint, SQL SRV, .Net 2.0, IIS, XML, XSLT and excellent communication skills. Pluses would be, AJAX, Biztalk, and past consulting experience.
