Description:
Large trading company in West LA, is currently seeking senior level Linux System Administrators to join their top of the line technology team.
The Linux Systems Administrator must be able to:
- Manage 600+ Linux servers, in 10+ remotely manageable globally distributed data centers
- Maintain mission critical day-to-day operations of the production trading platform
- Design and implement application, network and system level redundancy using load balancing
- Design and implement infrastructure services (LDAP, DNS, DHCP, SAN, PXE/Kickstart, SMTP) for the production environment
- Create and maintain scripts to automate application and systems management
- Implement and maintain systems and network security
- Constantly monitor and tune systems, network and applications for optimum performance
